Our planet is on the edge of an environmental meltdown. Our Children’s children will not know this world as we know it. We have to find ways to reverse the processes we have started that are destroying the planet. Floods, famine and severe weather will become commonplace unless we do something.

GROW HEMP
This amazing plant has the potential to turn this world around. There are over 20,000 commercial uses for hemp including plastics, cloth, paper, food and fuel.
In the 1930’s three men instigated a ban against growing this plant. All who had a vetted interest in plastics, oil and cotton.
In the 17th and 18th century it was law in this country that 10% of all arable land was Hemp. Our British Navy was founded and maintained by Hemp.
Landowners were legally obliged to provide land for persons, married or unmarried, having no means to maintain themselves to be able to plant Flax and Hemp on the land.
In 1994 the UK lifted the ban and once again we can grow Hemp.
This plant grows in 110 days and requires no pesticides…will clean the land as it grows making the land fertile for other crops. It is a renewable source that is kind to the environment.
Plastic
Henry Ford’s first motorcar was “grown” from the soil. It’s body panels were made from Hemp and it was designed to run on Hemp fuel.
Paper
Paper made from hemp is stronger, has more wet resistance than wood pulp and is 7 times more recyclable. It is grown from an annual plant. One acre of Hemp gives 4 times as much pulp as 1 acre of forest, why are we still cutting and using trees for paper?
Fibre
Hemp cloth is softer and warmer than cotton, has 3 times its tensile strength and is many times more durable. It does not harbour bacteria, which makes it perfect for medicinal/hospital use.
Food
The cannabis hemp seed contains the highest concentration of Omega 3 and Omega 9 EFA's, (Essential Fatty Acids).
Medicine
Cannabis was one of the most prescribed medicines in the 19th century. Between 1850 and 1937 cannabis was advised as a primary medicine in over 100 separate illnesses or disease in the US pharmacopoeia.
The Future
The need for this plant to return to its former status on the world stage can be achieved but only with your help. Buying products made from Hemp will increase the demand and more products will become available. We can create a greener cleaner future by supporting Hemp.
